Summary of the proposed agreement:

Term: 3 years (7/1/2021 - 6/30/2024)

Increase per year accounting for step movement (years of service):

Total package cost including costs associated with retirement, social security, health care, paid family leave, extra duty compensation, and other financial changes:

Each year is equal to or less than the projected Act 1 index.

1. 1,045 teachers are covered by this agreement

2. The health care premium share remains at 17% each year.

3. Five days of paid family leave will be offered to begin in year 2 of the agreement but will expire prior to the end of the agreement.
